OutboundHero LLC specializes in outbound lead generation through email marketing and appointment setting, connecting clients with interested prospects. Our services do not include physical products; we solely provide qualified meeting arrangements for clients.

5. Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued if our custom service guarantee is not met. Refund requests will be processed within five (5) business days from the date of request.

11. SMS Notifications to Clients
OutboundHero LLC uses SMS notifications strictly for operational purposes related to service delivery. We utilize Twilio’s messaging infrastructure to send SMS alerts only to active B2B clients who have explicitly opted in to receive lead delivery notifications.
These SMS messages are not used for marketing. They serve the sole purpose of notifying current clients when a new qualified lead has been delivered to them via email, as part of our outbound fulfillment process. This ensures clients do not miss high-intent leads, which may impact performance.
Clients opt in to receive SMS notifications during onboarding via a signed service agreement or written confirmation, and their contact information is securely stored. Each notification is triggered only when a new lead enters that specific client’s Airtable view—indicating that a lead has submitted interest in services and is located within the client’s designated service area.
All recipients are existing clients who have:
  • Signed up for lead generation services;
  • Provided a phone number for alerts;
  • Explicitly requested or confirmed SMS alerts.
No SMS messages are sent to leads or prospects. Only confirmed clients receive SMS delivery updates relevant to their own accounts.
